The company was founded on 01.04.2001 under the name “S.C. Comert Scularie S.A.” as a subsidiary of S.C. Componente Auto S.A.
Over the years of its activity, the company has been constantly evolving, adapting to the market requirements, so, in present, its main activities are:
- ·Execution and reconditioning of machined parts (according to technical documentation) and prototype parts such as: cutting tools, dies, molds, control devices, working devices, spare parts for machinery;
- ·Manufacturing and reconditioning of spare parts, gears, slides and other machinery parts.
- ·Electro-erosion processing with wire and solid electrode.
- ·CO2 welding and aluminum welding.
